01About Briefee

Briefee (“Briefee”, “we”, “us”) is an IGCSE study service in the Kingdom of Bahrain led by Eng. Hussain Azzouz. We offer tutoring in ICT, Computer Science and other IGCSE subjects (online and in person), and digital study materials such as chapters, Smart Notes and solved past papers through our website briefee.tarqeyah.com (the “Website”).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Law (Legislative Decree No. 54 of 2018), the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012), the Law on the Protection of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights (Law No. 22 of 2006) and the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

02Who can use Briefee

Briefee is designed for IGCSE students. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms and to any purchase made on your account. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made by students in their care.

03Your account

You must give accurate details (name, email and phone number) and keep them up to date. You need to confirm your email (we send you a link) before placing an order, and a new email takes effect once you confirm it.
One account is for one student. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, with no refund of any purchase.

04One-device lock

To keep content personal, every student account is locked to the first device used to sign in or create the account.

Sign-ins from any other phone, tablet or computer are refused and recorded.
Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, a different browser or an app shortcut may count as a new device.
Only Briefee can move your account to a new device. Contact us with your account email and we will reset the lock after confirming it's you.
Repeated attempts to use an account on other devices may be treated as account sharing.

05Classes

Online and physical classes are booked directly with us through WhatsApp +973 3328 3330 or Instagram @briefee.bh. Session times, fees and the class format are agreed at booking. If we need to cancel a session, we will offer another time. Class fees are covered by our Refund Policy.

06The store and prices

All prices are in Bahraini Dinars (BD) and are shown before you order. Discounts, when offered, are shown as the original price and the reduced price.
The store may be open, coming soon (items shown as previews) or on hold (paused). Items can only be ordered while the store is open.
We may change prices, products and offers at any time. Changes don't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

07Ordering and payment

Add items to your order and place it. You receive an order reference (for example BRF-2610-0001).
Pay the exact amount by bank transfer (IBAN) or BenefitPay to the details shown on your order page, adding your order reference where possible.
Upload a clear screenshot or PDF of your payment on the order page.
We check that the payment was received. If it can't be confirmed (for example, a different amount or no transfer received), we tell you why on your order page so you can upload a correct proof.

Uploading a false or edited proof of payment is fraud and will lead to the account being closed and may be reported to the authorities.

08Your access (license)

When we confirm your payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the item in Briefee's protected reader, for your own study only.
Access starts when the payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed, so you never lose days while we check it.
Access ends on 30 June of the academic year, the end of the exam season: access confirmed between July and December ends on 30 June of the following year; access confirmed between January and June ends on 30 June of the same year.
You can renew an item for the next academic year at any time. Renewing an active item extends it to the following 30 June.
We may extend, pause or remove access, for example while investigating misuse or to correct an error. If we pause your access, the paused days are added back when it resumes.
You do not own the content. Buying gives access only, not a copy.

09Protected content and acceptable use

All chapters, Smart Notes, past paper solutions and other materials are protected by copyright and belong to Briefee and Eng. Hussain Azzouz. Every page shown to you carries a personal watermark with your name, phone number, email and account number.

You must not:

take screenshots, screen recordings or photos of the content;
copy, download, print, share, sell, upload or send the content to anyone, or post it online or in groups;
try to remove or hide the watermark, or get around the reader's protection, device lock or access controls (including with browser tools, extensions or scripts);
let anyone else use your account.

Page views are logged. If content linked to your account appears anywhere else, we may close the account immediately without refund and take legal action under Bahraini copyright law to recover our losses.

10Our responsibility

We work hard to make our classes and materials accurate and useful, but study results depend on many things, so we can't guarantee any grade or exam result. The Website is provided as available; we may update, change or temporarily stop parts of it for maintenance. To the extent allowed by Bahraini law, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the Website. Continuing to use Briefee after a change means you accept it.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

These terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
