Refund Policy

01Digital products: no refunds

Chapters, Smart Notes, past paper solutions and all other digital content are delivered instantly once your payment is confirmed, and can be viewed straight away. Because of this, all purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable, including when:

• you change your mind or ordered the wrong item;
• you didn't use, or only partly used, your access;
• your access ends on 30 June as described in our Terms;
• you can't sign in on a new device (contact us and we will move your account instead);
• your access is paused or removed, or your account is closed, because the Terms were broken (for example screenshots, recording or sharing).

02Classes: no refunds

Fees for online and physical classes are non-refundable once a session or package is booked. If Briefee cancels a session, we will reschedule it at another time agreed with you.

03Before you pay

• Check the item, subject and price on your order page.
• Pay the exact amount shown, to the details on your order page only.

04Payment problems

• Payment not confirmed: if we can't confirm your payment (for example, a different amount or no transfer received), no access is given and we will tell you why on your order page so you can fix it.
• Paid twice or overpaid by mistake: contact us with both payment proofs. After checking, we will return the extra amount, or apply it to another item if you prefer. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of a purchase.
• Technical problems: if purchased content doesn't open because of a fault on our side, we will fix it or extend your access by the time lost.

05Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any right you may have under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012), that cannot be excluded by agreement.
